Register for Dance Classes

There are two main things you must do to register for dance class

  1. Complete Registration Form
  2. Payment

Registration Form

Please download and print the Registration Form, complete it, and bring it with you to your first class. You may also complete a registration form at the studio prior at the time of your first class, but we suggest you fill it out before coming to dance classes, so there is no downtime for you.

(Note: The registration form is a PDF file. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and/or print it. You may download Acrobat Reader here.)

After downloading, printing, and filling the Registration form out, you have two choices:

  1. Bring Registration Form with you for first class.
  2. FAX Registration Form to… 1-888-3-DANCE-NOW.

2. Payment for Dance Classes

Payment can be done in 3 ways…

  1. Call us …
    Call us at 1.888.3.DANCE.NOW and we’ll take your credit card information over the phone.
  2. Send check to …
